In Japanese, Rikka refers to the beginning of the summer, with hot days and slightly chilly evenings. Conceived by Stanislav Vadrna, this fruity yet complex short drink is just enjoyable at an outdoor patio than at the counter of a speakeasy bar.

 

INGREDIENTS:
  • 20 ml Nikka From the Barrel
  • 15 ml Orange Curaçao
  • 15 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 barpoon of crème de cassis
  • Orange zest

Mix the ingrédients in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange zest.
