Fletcher’s Punch

INGREDIENTS:
  • 30 ml of Nikka Coffey Gin
  • 30 ml of Navy style rum-overproof
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml of fresh lime juice
  • 22.5 ml orgeat syrup
  • 7.5 ml honey syrup
  • 3 to 4 dashes of Peychaud Bitters or The Bitter Truth Creole Bitters

Put all the ingredients in a shaker
Shake, strain over mix of cubed ice and crushed ice
Pour in a glass type ‘Collins’ top it up with bitters, (cinnamon stick, fresh mint, edible flower)
