SHIMBASHI

INGREDIENTS:
  • 45 ml of Nikka From the Barrel
  • 20 ml of Fino Sherry
  • 15 ml of house bitter preparation (Luxardo, Amaro & Angostura bitters)

A twist on the Brooklyn cocktail.
Chill in a mixing glass and serve in a cocktail glass with a lemon zest. Amaury has also featured a barrel-aged version of this cocktail in the past.
