The name Tsukimi is a reference to the moon viewing tradition in Japan, and a nod to the « Lune d’Abricot » liqueur by Merlet which was used in the original recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
45 ml Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky
20 ml Fino Sherry
15 ml apricot liqueur
lemon zest
Stir over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon zest.
